The Maritime Network of Women (M-NOW) is a dynamic group dedicated to propelling women’s professional advancement in the shipping, logistics and transportation industries.

With an unwavering commitment to fostering professional growth and providing unwavering support, M-NOW is dedicated to strengthening the careers of women in the maritime, logistics and transportation industries.

Irene Rosberg

Founder & Honorary Member

Irene is the Director of the Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics (The Blue MBA) at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Europe’s leading institution of its kind. From the beginning, she has been responsible for the design, development and co-ordination of The Blue MBA. On behalf of CBS, she has a fundamental role in building global relationships and networks within the maritime industry. She also promotes research identifying challenges and future issues for the maritime industry as a whole.

She is a member of many international boards and committees. Based on her extensive international network and experience, she has been entrusted with major roles in varied maritime-related activities, speaks at leading maritime events and holds leading board positions. At a recent survey she achieved No. 1 place for the top 100 women in the shipping industry for two consecutive years: 2020 and 2021.

Monika Lubszczyk

PRESIDENT 2026-2028

Monika is a Product Manager at A.P. Møller – Maersk, working at the intersection of operations, strategy, and digital innovation within global shipping. She leads initiatives focused on container fleet and AI-driven cargo planning, driving efficiency and resilience across the supply chain. As President of M-NOW, Monika is a strong advocate for increasing visibility of women in the maritime industry, believing that representation is key to driving real change.

Mette Rosenby

BOARD MEMBER 2025-2027

Mette Rosenby is Contract & Office Manager at Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore in Copenhagen, with more than 18 years of experience in contract management, financial oversight, and team leadership across Nordic-Baltic operations. She also has a background in diplomatic administration from the Danish embassies in Washington DC and Hanoi, and holds both a Master’s degree in Political Science and an Executive MBA in Shipping & Logistics from Copenhagen Business School.

Jayme is a seasoned leader and COO | VP Operations focused on building and transforming accountable, high-performance organizations. She supports strategy planning and continuous improvement in technology, international supply chains, and healthcare fields. Jayme holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University (USA) and a bachelor’s in Logistics & Transportation. With extensive experience working with carriers and shippers across the Americas and Europe, Jayme brings innovative, results-driven solutions to create value for organizations.

Katrine is a Commercial Reporting Specialist at UltraBulk, where she transforms large sets of financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic development. She works closely with the commercial team to uncover performance drivers and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior management. As the youngest Board Member of M-NOW, Katrine is committed to creating pathways for students and early-career professionals through mentorship and cross-generational dialogue.

Julie is a driven marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in international B2B marketing. She now leads digital marketing initiatives for the SERTICA platform at RINA, responsible for setting marketing strategy and driving high-quality lead generation. Julie holds a master’s degree in International Business Economics from Aalborg University.

Magdalena Haug

ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBER 2026-2028

Magdalena is a ship mechanic and marine engineer from Germany with a strong passion for the maritime industry. After sailing with Hamburg Süd and spending several years on tall ships, she joined Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) where she held technical and project management roles across service and production. Today, she leads Project Management for LTSA, working closely with global customers to build long-term, reliable partnerships. She is committed to supporting more women in maritime, which is why she strongly connects with the purpose of M-NOW.
